2 liang of Coptis (ground into powder), half a liang of Croton seed (with shell, mixed evenly with the Coptis).

Benefits

Instructions for Use

Divide into three doses. Mix with the natural sap from scallion whites to form a paste, then apply it to the area above the navel in a layer half a cun thick. Bowel movements will occur naturally in due course. If constipation persists, apply another dose; once relief is achieved, discontinue use.
