1 jin of He Shou Wu (both female and male varieties), 4 liang of Cornus officinalis, 4 liang of Cuscuta chinensis, 4 liang of Angelica sinensis (washed with wine), 4 liang of Poria cocos, 4 liang of Lycium barbarum bark, 4 liang of Gan Zhou goji berries (pitted),Chuanxiong 4 liang, Tianmendong (core removed) 4 liang, Maimendong (core removed) 4 liang, Huai Sheng Dihuang 4 liang, Huai Shu Dihuang 4 liang, Chuan Niuxi (washed with wine) 4 liang, Yuanzhi 4 liang, Gan Ju Hua 4 liang, Shanyao 4 liang, Gancao (roasted) 4 liang,Cistanche (soaked in wine and washed) 4 liang, Eucommia (stir-fried in wine and de-fibered) 4 liang, Ziziphus jujuba seeds 4 liang, Psoralea 4 liang, raw black soybean powder 4 liang, mulberry fruit 4 liang.
