Gardenia seeds, Fangfeng (with root tip removed), licorice (roasted), rhubarb, forsythia, and Cimicifuga—each in equal parts.

Instructions for Use

Coarsely crush the ingredients. Take 2 qian per dose; add 6 fen of water, decoct until reduced to 4 fen, strain, and take warm after breastfeeding or a meal. If the bowel movement has not yet occurred, add half a qian of芒消, decoct briefly again, and take while hot.
