12 fen of Lepidium sativum (lightly roasted until green, ground separately), 5 fen of Prunus mume seeds, 3 fen of apricot kernels, 4 liang of Stephania tetrandra, 4 liang of aged tangerine peel, 5 fen of Poria cocos, and 5 fen of Perilla frutescens.
