2 liang of Tongcao, 1 dahe of apricot kernels (remove skin and tips, then grind), 1 he of burdock seeds (extract oil), 4 liang of Wu Shegan, 4 liang of kelp (remove salt), 4 liang of chela, 4 liang of seaweed (remove salt).
