1 piece of Oyster Shell (washed), 2 liang of Yangqishi (steamed five times over rice), 2 liang of White Angelica, 2 liang of Poria (black skin removed), 2 liang of Cinnamon (coarse bark removed), 2 liang of Fangfeng (branches removed), 2 liang of Apricot Kernels (skin and tips removed, double kernels, roasted), 2 liang of Aged Tangerine Peel (soaked, white pith removed, roasted),2 liang Gardenia Flower, 2 liang Cistanche (soaked in wine, with rough skin removed, and roasted),Fresh ginger (sliced, roasted) 2 liang, Licorice (roasted, coarsely chopped) 2 liang, Magnolia bark (mixed with ginger, stir-fried until smoke dissipates) 2 liang, Magnetite powder (steamed over rice five times) 2 liang, Ginseng 2 liang, Alfalfa seeds 3 liang, Euphorbia seeds (soaked in water) 3 liang, Cimicifuga root (coarsely chopped) 8 liang, Prepared Rehmannia root (roasted) 8 liang,borneol 1 fen, plantain seeds 4 liang, Phellodendron bark (black outer bark removed) 4 liang, locust seeds 4 liang, Ophiopogon tuber (core removed, roasted) 4 liang, Coptis rhizome (stems removed) 4 liang, frankincense 4 liang, cuttlefish bone (shell removed) 1 liang, Scutellaria root (black core removed) 1 liang, Sophora root 1 liang.

Instructions for Use
Take 6 pills per dose on an empty stomach with plain hot water; take an additional 10 pills after a meal, gradually increasing the dose to 20 pills.
