Atractylodes lancea (soaked in rice washing water, black skin removed, and roasted) 5 qian, Chenpi 5 qian, Atractylodes macrocephala (stir-fried with earth) 5 qian, Magnolia officinalis (processed with ginger) 3 qian, Poria cocos 3 qian, Poria 3 qian, Glycyrrhiza 2 qian, Amomum villosum seeds 2 qian, Alisma orientale (peeled) 4 qian, Cinnamomum cassia 1 qian.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and form into pills the size of a millet seed using rice paste.

Instructions for Use

Administer with roasted rice soup; for vomiting, administer with simmered ginger soup; for diarrhea, administer with Plantago seed and roasted rice soup; for tidal fever, administer with bamboo leaf and roasted rice soup; for edema, administer with a decoction of lampwick and Acanthopanax bark prepared in continuously flowing water; for jaundice, add 5 qian of genuine Artemisia capillaris and administer with lampwick decoction;for leukorrhea, take with salted water; for hernia, take with aniseed decoction.
