Drug Formulation

1 liang of ginseng (root tip removed), 1 liang of sand ginseng (root tip removed), half a liang of scrophularia, 2 liang of sophora, 1 liang of salvia, 1 liang of red arrowroot,Black Snake 3 liang (soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, stir-fried until yellow), White Tribulus 1 liang (lightly stir-fried, thorns removed), Licorice (roasted until slightly red, coarsely chopped) half liang (the above 9 ingredients are finely ground and sifted into a powder), Mulberry Root Bark 1 liang, White Poplar Bark 1 liang, Lycium Bark 1 liang, Sophora Bark 1 liang.

Processing

Finely chop the four ingredients—including white mulberry root bark—and boil them in fresh ginger juice for 20–30 boils. Remove, dry in an oven, grind into a fine powder, and mix evenly with the powdered mixture of the previous nine ingredients.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with warm wine, at any time of day.
