Drug Formulation

5 liang of Xianlingpi, 5 liang of Weilingxian, 5 liang of Achyranthes root (stems removed), 1 sheng of black beans, 5 liang of white mulberry root bark (finely chop the above five ingredients; boil in 2 dou of water until reduced to 1 dou; strain out the residue; boil down further to 5 sheng, then add the following powdered herbs), 2 liang of Aconite (roasted until cracked, peel and pith removed), 2 liang of Gastrodia,Cinnamon Bark 3 liang (remove wrinkled outer skin), Sour Jujube Seed 2 liang (lightly roasted), Angelica Root 2 liang, Tiger Tibia 3 liang (coated with butter, roasted until golden), Benzoin 2 liang.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a powder, mix it into the previously prepared decoction, and simmer over low heat until thickened, stirring constantly with a willow wood spatula. When the mixture is ready for pill-making, form it into pills the size of a paulownia seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose on an empty stomach or before dinner, washed down with warm wine.
