Benefits

For abdominal distension caused by qi stagnation, blood stasis, food accumulation, or parasitic infestation—cases that have persisted for years without resulting in death.

Instructions for Use

Boil 10 bowls of water down to 2 bowls of decoction. Take 1 bowl in the morning; this will inevitably cause rumbling in the abdomen. Shortly thereafter, a bucketful of foul matter will be expelled; immediately remove and empty the bucket, replace it with a new one, and follow with the second bowl. This will trigger another severe diarrhea and purgation, which will cease by dusk. Drink a light rice-water decoction afterward; there will be no further diarrhea.
