Drug Formulation

1 fen of Scrophularia root (roasted until charred, with skin and seeds removed), 5 seeds of Croton tiglium (with skin and core removed, wrapped in paper and pressed to remove oil), 2 qian of fragrant ink.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix in the croton seeds and grind until uniform, then form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using a paste made from wheat flour boiled in vinegar.
