Drug Formulation

1 liang of Aconite (roasted until cracked, with skin and pith removed), 3 liang of Shenqu (lightly roasted), 1 liang of Dried Ginger (roasted until cracked, coarsely chopped), 1.5 liang of Cistanche (soaked in wine overnight, wrinkled skin scraped off, then roasted until dry), 1 liang of Cinnamon Bark,Schisandra berries 1 liang, Dodder seeds 1 liang (soaked in wine for 3 days, sun-dried and ground into powder), sheep marrow 3 liang, jujubes 20 (boiled to remove skin and pits), Sichuan pepper half a liang (discard those with seeds or closed pods; lightly roast to remove moisture), clarified butter 2 liang, honey 4 liang, wheat flour 1 sheng, yellow cow’s milk 1.5 sheng.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix the powder with the flour, butter, honey, marrow, and milk. Add the cooked date pulp and let it ferment in a bowl. Cover tightly to prevent exposure to air and drafts. After half a day, remove the mixture and let it ferment further until fully cooked.Roll out into a pancake-sized sheet, prick the surface with chopsticks, then place it in a (Lu) (Ao) steamer and steam over low heat until cooked through.

Consume once daily on an empty stomach. Adding yeast to the dough yields even better results.
