1 liang of coix seed, half a jin of fresh ginger (cut into small pieces).

Processing

Wrap the ingredients in a handkerchief and steam them over cooked rice until the rice is done. Discard the ginger; instead, combine Ophiopogon japonicus and Asparagus cochinchinensis (both with their cores removed) with 3 liang of raw Rehmannia glutinosa. Pound them together to extract their natural juice, then add 1 liang each of raw honey and ginseng powder. Mix well, incorporate the coix seeds, and steam until dry.

Take 30–40 pills per dose, washed down with ginger tea.
