Instructions for Use

On the 8th day of the 4th month, combine the two ingredients above and soak them in water until it turns sour. Simmer down to 1 shi, then reduce to 7 dou. Allow to cool, add 4 jin of malt, and let stand overnight. When white foam forms on the surface, cook 1 shi of glutinous millet. After cooling, let the mixture ferment for 3 days until the wine is ready. Drink it frequently while warm.
