Instructions for Use

Combine the ingredients with 5 sheng of water in an earthenware pot and simmer over low heat until the liquid is completely reduced. For each dose, select 3 soft soapberry seeds; chew them thoroughly and swallow after a meal and before bedtime. For the hard seeds, pound them into a paste, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a hazelnut, and let them dissolve in the mouth.

Note

Avoid alcohol, wheat products, and foods that induce heat toxicity.
