Drug Formulation

Half liang of Xuanhusuo, half liang of Weilingxian (knots removed), 1 liang of Poguzi (half liang raw, half liang roasted), 1 liang of Heiqianniu (half liang raw, half liang roasted),1 clove of garlic (pierce each clove with chopsticks, insert 1 shelled croton seed into each hole, wrap in several layers of paper, moisten with water, and simmer over low heat until fragrant and tender; discard the paper and croton seeds), 1 Xuanzhou quince (cut off the top, fill with mugwort leaves, replace the top, tie securely with hemp string, and steam over rice until soft).

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder. First, grind the wood apple and garlic into a paste, then mix in the medicinal powder to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed.

Take 21 pills at a time, swallowed on an empty stomach with glutinous rice tea.
