Yin-Yang Depletion.

Instructions for Use

Take red lead that has undergone its first transformation; first soak it in water for three nights, then shape it into earthen pellets and roast them in fire; after a long time, the color will turn white. Refine it over alternating high and low heat for three days and nights, then soak it in water again and expose it to night dew for three nights; refine it over fire once more, and it will turn purple. Expose it to sunlight, then refine it over fire for another three days and nights, and it will turn yellow like a pearl. In the refinement of this elixir, when it turns white, all impurities are eliminated; when it turns yellow, all toxicity is removed—this is what is known as the “Nine Returns to Form the Elixir.” It is the true essence of Heaven and Earth, the ultimate Yang within Yin.
