Half a sheng of good fermented soybeans, 2 liang of white leek, and 16 plump gardenias.

Benefits

For sores, smallpox, or rashes; bloody or yellowish diarrhea; or pus and blood in the stool, accompanied by fever throughout the body.

Instructions for Use

Boil the gardenia and white leek in 2.5 sheng of water until nearly soft; add the fermented soybeans and boil for about 10 more boils. Strain and divide the decoction into smaller doses to be taken. The condition will resolve once the harmful substances are expelled.
