Drug Formulation

Ophiopogon tuber (core removed) 1 liang, Polygala root (core removed) 1 liang, Acorus rhizome 1 liang, Poria sclerotium (wood removed) 1 liang, Poria cocos (peel removed) 1 liang, Atractylodes macrocephala 0.5 liang (roasted), Ginseng 1 liang (roasted, root base removed), Bovine bile 2 qian (ground separately).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; then mix in the separately ground ox bile. Form into pills the size of millet grains using refined honey, and coat with cinnabar.

Instructions for Use

Take 20–30 pills per dose, washed down with boiled water.
