2 liang of Yanxiao (finely ground), 3 liang of white alum (finely ground), 4 liang of cold-water stone (finely ground), and 1 liang of lump arsenic trioxide (finely ground).

Processing
Take one fired medicinal jar with a capacity of 10 liang. First, roast it over a fire and coat it several times with ginger juice.and let it dry completely. First, place the arsenic powder at the bottom of the pot and press it down firmly; next, add the Yanxiao powder and press it down firmly; then add the white alum powder and press it down firmly; finally, cover the top with the cold water stone powder to fill the pot completely. Cover the opening with a round tile, sit on the ground, pile 5 jin of charcoal around it, and heat from the top untiluntil the smoke has completely dissipated. Remove the fire, allow it to cool, then retrieve the medicine. The arsenic will be at the bottom; scrape it out completely and grind it extremely fine—it is even better to grind the arsenic separately;Next, add 1 liang of pure white lead oxide; high-quality white clay may also be used. Grind them together until as fine as powder. Mix with a few drops of water to form a paste in the palm of your hand, then have several people pass it from hand to hand to roll into pills the size of a paulownia seed. First, air-dry them in the shade, or sun-dry them, or roast them until they reach 10 parts dryness;Next, place the mixture in a new silver-smelting pot, cover the opening tightly with a round tile, set the pot on bricks, and pile 3 jin of charcoal around it until the coals are uniformly red-hot. Using a bell-shaped silver-smelting pot, pour the elixir into a thick porcelain dish—it should be as white as jade frost. If no silver-smelting pot is available, simply use two silver-smelting pots (each capable of refining 50 liang of silver), divide the mixture into two portions, and pack them tightly before firing; this method is also acceptable.

Instructions for Use
Take 1–2 pills per dose on an empty stomach, washed down with cold water, followed by a dry food to settle the stomach.

After taking the medicine, avoid warm or hot foods for a short time; pregnant women should not take this medicine.
