Drug Formulation

2 liang of dried peppermint leaves, 1.5 liang of Schizonepeta spikelets, 1 liang of Vitex fruit (white skin removed), 1 liang of Scrophularia root (washed and coarsely chopped), 1 liang of licorice (roasted), 1 liang of rhubarb (coarsely chopped and roasted),1 liang of ginseng, 1 liang of Ophiopogon tuber (with core removed), 2 liang of Notopterygium root (with root tip removed), and 1.5 liang of Asarum root (with stems and leaves removed).
