5–10 g of aged tea leaves, 30–60 g of japonica rice.

Instructions for Use

First, boil the tea leaves to extract the liquid, strain out the residue, then add the japonica rice and cook together into a thin porridge. Take in two warm servings, one in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Note

Avoid consuming before bedtime.
