Drug Formulation
2 sheng of aged lacquer (strained through cotton to remove dregs), 6 liang of rhubarb (ground into powder), 5 liang of coix seed (ground into powder), 5 sheng of ash-free wine, and 3 sheng of turnip seeds (ground into powder).

Processing
First, decoct the ground turnip seeds with clear wine, stirring continuously for about half a day.then strain out the residue. Transfer the liquid to a silver or stone vessel and simmer it in a double boiler, stirring continuously with a bamboo whisk for one fu. Subsequently, add the powders of aged lacquer, rhubarb, and coix seed, and simmer for another fu. When the mixture is ready for pill-making, form it into pills the size of a paulownia seed, place them in a non-porous container, and seal it tightly.

Instructions for Use
When treating a patient, have them fast overnight; at dawn the next day, on an empty stomach, have them take 10 pills with warm wine. For the elderly or those with cold-related ailments, increase the dose to 15 pills. After 100 days of treatment, their hair and nails will become as black as lacquer, and even long-standing scar tissue will disappear. Within the first 4–7 days of treatment, the patient may experience diarrhea expelling undigested food, fish-like mucus, pus, blood, stagnant blood, or other harmful substances; do not be alarmed.
