Drug Formulation

Black Snake (soaked in wine, skin and bones removed, roasted) 1 liang 1 fen; Blue Mustard Seeds 1 liang 1 fen; Fangfeng (branches removed) 1 liang 1 fen; Du Huo (root tip removed) 1 liang 1 fen; Ephedra (roots and nodes removed, decocted first, foam skimmed off, then roasted)1 liang 1 fen, Platycodon root (stir-fried) 1 liang 1 fen, Gentiana root (soil removed) 1 liang 1 fen, Notopterygium root (root tip removed) 1 liang, Angelica root (sliced, dried) 3 liang,Asarum (stems and leaves removed) 3 liang, Cinnamon (coarse bark removed) 3 liang, Ligusticum (chopped) 2.5 liang, Angelica dahurica (lightly stir-fried) 2.5 liang, White Peony Root 2 liang, Tribulus seeds (stir-fried, horns removed) 2 liang, Ginseng 2 liang, Gastrodia 2 liang, Aconite (roasted until cracked, skin and navel removed) 2.5 liang.
