Processing
First, grind the powdered ingredients into a fine powder, sieve through a 100-mesh sieve, and mix thoroughly. Next, decoct the paste ingredients twice, for 3 hours each time; filter the decoction, clarify it, combine the decoctions, and concentrate them into a clear paste.Separately, prepare a syrup using 9.6 kg of granulated sugar. Take 143.2 kg of the mixed fine powder; first blend it thoroughly with 6.4 kg of calcium carbonate, then mix it thoroughly with the clear paste and syrup mentioned above. Dry the mixture to form granules. Add 1 g of lubricant per 100 g of dry granules, compress into tablets, and the product is ready. Each tablet weighs 0.47 g.
