Astragalus (honey-fried), Poria (wood removed), Licorice (fried), Pinellia (roasted), White Pigeon Pea (stir-fried until yellow), Fangfeng (root tip removed), White Aconite (roasted), Cinnamon Bark (coarse bark removed), Chinese Yam, and White Peony—each in equal parts.

Benefits
For children with deficiency of the Nutritive and Defensive Qi, manifesting as listlessness, a pale complexion, bluish-white lips and mouth, retching, drowsiness, and a complete lack of appetite. The body may be slightly swollen.
Instructions for Use
Coarsely crush the ingredients. For each dose, take 2 qian of the mixture, add 6 fen of water, 3 slices of fresh ginger, and 1 jujube; decoct together until reduced to 3 fen. Strain and serve warm before breastfeeding or meals.
