1 liang of Aconite Root (Cao Wu), 1 liang of Ephedra Root, 1 liang of Mugwort Leaves, 1 liang of Lycium Bark, and 1 liang of Parkia Seed.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 bucket of water, 1 he of Sichuan pepper, and 1 jin of scallions; decoct them together to make a broth. Add 1 zhong of vinegar. In a well-sealed room, wrap your limbs with a hand towel. Wait until the broth is ready for bathing, then bathe until you sweat profusely; be sure to bathe for a long time. When sweat beads form on your face, rise slowly, then sit or lie down for a short while until the sweat subsides and your clothes dry. Avoid drafts. Bathe again after 5 days. Repeat this 3–5 times, while taking internal medications such as Huanji Powder.
