Drug Formulation
Borneol 1 fen 2 li, Musk 1 fen 2 li, Cinnabar 1 qian 2 fen, Frankincense (oil removed) 1 qian 2 fen, Safflower 4 qian, Dragon’s Blood 1 qian 6 fen, Realgar 4 qian, Catechu 2 fen 4 li, Angelica Root (tail) 1 liang, Myrrh 1 qian 4 fen.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, store in a porcelain jar, and seal with beeswax to prevent the loss of medicinal properties.

For contusions, injuries from blades or weapons, and fractures or shattered bones.
Instructions for Use
For contusions and bruises where the skin and flesh are bruised but not broken, apply a paste made with aged vinegar to the affected area; once the swelling subsides, the injury will heal. For cuts and wounds from blades or other instruments where the skin is broken and bleeding, apply the powdered mixture to the wound and bandage it securely; keep the area protected from drafts; once the bleeding stops, the injury will heal.For internal injuries involving bone shattering or fractures, first realign the bone segments. Mix the powder with aged vinegar, apply a thick layer to the affected area, wrap it in paper, then tightly wrap it with old cotton. Secure it with a thin wooden splint and slowly tie it with rope to prevent movement; once the medicinal properties take effect, the bone will heal on its own;For deep cuts that have not penetrated the membrane, first suture the wound with mulberry bark thread, apply a generous amount of the powdered medicine to the sutures, and immediately cover the area with the skin of a live chicken; In cases of unconsciousness due to a fall or blow, quickly dissolve a small amount of the medicine in aged vinegar and administer it orally; the patient will naturally regain consciousness, facilitating further treatment.
Note
One should rest quietly for one hundred days and abstain from sexual activity.
