Formulas Name : Clear-Steamed Dan
Chinese Name : 清蒸丹
Drug Formulation
1 Ziheche (wash off the purple blood, place in a jar with 1 cup of wine and 1 qian of Sichuan pepper; seal the jar and boil, then remove the pepper), 1 liang 5 qian of Qiushi, and Ren Zhong Bai (collected over many years from a chamber pot; add 30 jujubes and fill with wine to 8 fen;sealed with salt mud, and calcined over charcoal; once the wine has evaporated by three fen, reseal the opening and continue calcining over a low charcoal fire overnight; remove the dates and retain the white residue) 1 liang and a half, Schisandra berries 1 liang, ginseng 2 liang and a half, human milk powder 2 liang and a half, donkey-hide gelatin beads 1 liang and 5 qian, Lycium bark 1 liang and 5 qian, softshell turtle shell (roasted with vinegar) 1 liang and 5 qian, and silver柴胡 1 liang and a half.
