Drug Formulation
Dried earthworms (preferably coiled like coins; remove excess soil) 1 liang; wind-dried puxiao 2 qian.

Processing
Grind the ingredients into a fine powder and mix thoroughly with the wind-dried puxiao.

Instructions for Use
Apply 2–3 qian of the mixture to the moist anus as a dry paste, or mix the dry powder with oil for application. First, boil water with Jian Du Xiao, Jing Jie, and raw scallions; when lukewarm, use it for a sitz bath, then gently pat dry before applying the medicine.
