Chinese Name : 温脐化湿汤
Drug Formulation
1 liang of Atractylodes macrocephala (roasted with earth), 3 qian of Poria cocos, 5 qian of Dioscorea opposita (roasted), 5 qian of Morinda officinalis root (soaked in salt water), 3 qian of Vigna radiata (roasted and pounded), 10 Ginkgo biloba seeds (crushed), and 30 Jian lotus seeds (with the core intact).

Instructions for Use
Decoct in water and take 10 days before the onset of menstruation.
