Processing
Mix the two ingredients thoroughly. Simmer over low heat until the mixture reaches the desired consistency, then shape into small cakes.
Benefits
Apply to a boil on the back at the onset of symptoms, or if the condition has persisted for more than 10 days, with redness, swelling, and intense heat, and the toxic energy is severe, causing pain day and night, and no other medicine has been effective.
Instructions for Use
Apply the poultice to the firmest part of the swelling, cover it with paper, and smooth it with a piece of silk. Check it frequently; if the poultice feels hot, replace it immediately. Do not allow it to shift or lose its heat; the condition will subside after one night. For patients who have suffered for many days, apply the poultice for three days, changing it once a day, until cured.
