Formulas Name : Enhanced Chest-Relieving Pills

Chinese Name : 加味陷胸丸

Drug Formulation

Coptis (stir-fried with ginger juice) 3 qian, Pinellia (processed with ginger) 3 qian, Trichosanthes fruit 3 qian, Calcium carbonate 3 qian, Mercury oxide 2.5 qian, Talc (finely ground and purified) 1 liang.

Processing

Form into pills with refined honey, each the size of a water lily seed.

Benefits

For phlegm accumulation, epigastric fullness, malnutrition-related fever, and wheezing with cough.

Instructions for Use

For older children: 5–6 pills; for one-year-old children: 1 pill. Dissolve in boiling water and take.
