Drug Formulation

Pearl (boiled in tofu) 3 qian, Amber 3 qian, Stalactite (calcined, ground into a fine powder, soaked in human milk, and steamed over rice) 4 qian 5 fen, Cinnabar (ground into a fine powder) 2 qian 5 fen,Borneol 1 qian, Ox Bile 2 qian 5 fen, Mountain Arrowhead 2 qian 5 fen, Sea Cucumber 2 qian 5 fen (one formula adds Musk 5 fen and old glass, calcined until its essence remains, ground into a fine powder, 2 qian).

Benefits

For wind-toxin from bayberries, pain in the tendons and bones, cerebral hemorrhage and nosebleeds, erosion of the yang and vocal cord ulcers, and foul breath due to lung injury; as well as leprosy, tinea, and red, black, and white patches on the body and face; and residual toxins in children.

Instructions for Use

Each pill weighs 1 liang, mixed with 5 qian of finely sifted wheat flour. For lower-body conditions, substitute with 5 qian of genuine mung bean flour; for middle-body conditions, use 2.5 qian each of finely sifted wheat flour and mung bean flour. Take 3 fen per dose, five times daily, taken with Tu Fu Ling Decoction. Use 1 jin of Tu Fu Ling daily, adjusting the amount according to symptoms; decoct to yield 5 bowls of liquid, taking 1 bowl per dose as a general guideline.
