Drug Formulation

Tianma (stems removed), Atractylodes macrocephala, Tiannanxing (roasted), Banxia (washed in boiling water), Bai Fuzi (roasted), Chuanxiong, Bai Jiangcan (stir-fried, silk mouth removed), Hanshuishi (calcined), Peppermint leaves (dirt removed), Red Poria (peel removed), and Xuanfu flowers—all in equal parts.

Processing

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder; use wheat flour paste cooked with fresh ginger juice to form pills the size of a Paulownia seed; coat them with finely ground realgar.
