Processing

First, place it in a raw silk bag and steam it 4–5 times in a rice steamer holding 1 dou of rice. Then pound and sift it; further grind it finely in a mortar with a jade pestle, wash it with clear water, place it in another white silk bag, and steam it 3 more times in the rice steamer. Make one dose from every 4 liang; mix it with refined white honey, divide it into 21 pills, and store them in a porcelain box.

Instructions for Use

Chew one pill daily on an empty stomach and before dinner, washing it down with warm wine. After taking it, eat a small amount of congee and walk 100 steps to enhance the medicine’s efficacy.
