1 qian of Angelica sinensis, 1 qian of Paeonia lactiflora, 3 qian of Rehmannia glutinosa, 1 qian of Ginseng, 7 fen of Aconite (roasted), 1 qian of Dried Ginger (stir-fried).

Benefits

Instructions for Use

Administer as usual. As in the previous syndrome, the fullness should resolve after one dose. If there are signs of needing purgation, and after purgation the pulse is firm but the fullness persists, purge again.

Note

If the patient presents with tidal fever, thirst, and a rapid pulse accompanied by fullness, administering this formula will lead to immediate disaster.
