2 he of glutinous rice, 1 piece of ejiao (or 2 small pieces), a small amount of fresh ginger, and half a qian of ginseng powder.

Instructions for Use

Wash the glutinous rice and cook it into porridge. Add the ejiao and ginger and simmer together. Wait until the mixture is slightly warm and the ejiao has dissolved, then stir in the ginseng powder. Take as needed.
