Drug Formulation
1 liang of ginseng, 1 liang of whole angelica root, 1 liang of moutan bark, 1 liang of chuanxiong, 1 liang of corydalis, 1 liang of angelica dahurica, 1 liang of wild atractylodes, 1 liang of raw licorice, 1 liang of ligusticum, 1 liang of cassia bark, 1 liang of white meili, 1 liang of calcined red ochre, 1 liang of Huai yam, 1 liang of myrrh, 2 liang of ligustrum berries (steamed),3 liang of Tribulus terrestris (thorns removed), 2 qian of Amomum villosum (spring variety), 1 liang of Poria cocos, 1 liang of Paeonia lactiflora, 2 liang of Eucommia ulmoides (stir-fried in salt water).

Processing
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a longan seed, coat with cinnabar, and seal tightly with wax.

Instructions for Use
At the onset of labor, dissolve in ginseng decoction; after childbirth, dissolve in a child’s urine or aged wine; after menstruation, dissolve in Angelica sinensis decoction; after conception, take 3–5 pills daily dissolved in Atractylodes macrocephala and Scutellaria baicalensis decoction; for fetal restlessness, dissolve in White Lotus Flower decoction; for recurrent miscarriages and infertility, dissolve in Angelica sinensis and Rehmannia glutinosa decoction;For weakness due to overwork and deficiency of central qi, dissolve in ginseng decoction; for debility from overwork, dissolve in small yellow millet decoction; for fetal bleeding or spotting, dissolve in lotus root node and palm ash decoction; for abdominal pain and distension during pregnancy, grind wood fragrant with water and dissolve; for red vaginal discharge during pregnancy, dissolve in red cockscomb flower decoction; for white vaginal discharge, dissolve in white cockscomb flower decoction; for aching pain in the lower back and legs during pregnancy, dissolve in mulberry mistletoe decoction;For postpartum pelvic pain, decoct hawthorn in aged wine and brown sugar, then dissolve and take orally; for transverse or breech presentation, as well as fetal death in utero, take a decoction of Angelica sinensis and Ligusticum chuanxiong dissolved in water; for retained placenta, take a decoction of Safflower and Motherwort dissolved in water; for failure of the pelvic bones to separate during the first birth, take a decoction of Turtle Plastron dissolved in water;For lack of breast milk after childbirth, prepare a decoction of fine wine, Angelica sinensis, and Manis pentadactyla, and take it mixed with water; for placental inversion during pregnancy with urinary retention, grind Amber into powder and mix with water to take; for edema of the limbs during pregnancy, take a decoction of Mulberry Bark mixed with water; for abdominal distension during pregnancy, take a decoction of Cyperus rotundus and Abdominal Skin mixed with water; for eclampsia and convulsions during pregnancy, take a decoction of Hook-hook mixed with water;For conditions such as irregular meridians, erratic menstruation, excess or deficiency, various forms of deficiency and debility, masses and accumulations, blood stasis and exhaustion, uterine cold, and depletion of the Blood Sea, all should be treated by dissolving the remedy in boiled aged wine and taking it orally.
