Drug Formulation
1 large sieve basket, half a liang of donkey-hide gelatin, half a liang of wood fragrant, half a liang of Coptis, half a liang of poppy husks, and a small amount of frankincense (ground separately).

Processing
Except for frankincense, chop the remaining five ingredients into small pieces; roast them until charred black while retaining their properties, ensuring the smoke does not cease; grind into a powder; mix thoroughly with frankincense; and form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using wheat flour paste.

For malignant dysentery with mixed discharges and spleen-related diarrhea.
Instructions for Use
Take one pill for every year of age; take the number of pills corresponding to the patient’s age. Swallow with rice water; there is no specific time restriction.
