Half a liang of ginseng, 1 liang of Chuanxiong, 1 liang of Wu-ti, 1 liang of Northern Bupleurum, 21 Shi Junzi, 2 liang of Hu Huanglian, and 2 liang of Chuan Huanglian.

Processing

Mix the above herbs with 1 zhan of soft-shelled turtle blood and 1 liang of Evodia fruit. Stir well, let stand overnight, then roast thoroughly the next morning. Remove the Evodia fruit and blood, retaining only the two herbs. Pound the remaining herbs into a fine powder, mix with millet flour paste, and form into pills the size of a sesame seed.
