1 qian of ejiao (roasted beads), 5 fen of ginseng, 1 qian of ophiopogon (with core removed), 1 qian of Chinese yam, 8 fen of fritillary bulb, 1 qian of white poria, 1 qian of lily bulb, 8 fen of apricot kernels (with skin and tip removed), and 8 fen of licorice (roasted).
