Ephedra 4 liang, Apricot Kernels (peeled and de-tipped) 50, Licorice (roasted) 2 liang, Gypsum (crushed, wrapped in cotton) half jin.

Instructions for Use
Boil Ephedra in 7 sheng of water, skim off the foam, add the remaining herbs, and boil until reduced to 2 sheng. Strain out the residue and take 1 sheng while warm.
