Benefits

For headaches and dizziness.

Instructions for Use

Grind the ingredients into a fine powder, mix thoroughly, and place the mixture into a raw silk pouch; to preserve the medicinal properties, transfer it to a green gauze bag shaped like a pillow, packing the medicine tightly. Place it in a box of the same shape, allowing the medicine pouch to protrude 1.5 cun beyond the rim of the box. In the evening, when ready to use as a pillow, remove the box lid; when not in use, replace the lid to prevent the medicinal vapors from dispersing. As the pillow flattens over time, refill it with the medicine to restore its shape; you may also add black beans to bring it back to its original state. Replace it after 3–5 months, when the medicinal properties have dissipated.
