Drug Formulation

2 qian of Asafoetida, 3 qian of Indian Curcuma, 3 qian of Aloe, 3 qian of Agarwood, 3 qian of Coptis, 3 qian of Realgar, 3 qian of Realgar, 3 qian of Myrrh, 3 qian of Sichuan Manchurian Tortoise Shell (roasted), 3 qian of Aconite (roasted), 3 qian of Acorus, and 3 qian of Curcuma.

Processing

Grind all ingredients into a fine powder. Place the Asafoetida in a white porcelain bowl, add rice wine, and place the bowl in a sandpot to melt the Asafoetida. Remove from the pot, add the powdered mixture of all other herbs, stir well, and roll into pills the size of a bean.
