Processing

Melt the ingredients in an iron cauldron, frequently sprinkling vinegar over them. Wait until the mixture becomes syrupy, then move the cauldron to a cool place. Moisten your hands with cold water and roll the mixture into pills the size of beans. This must be done in a crowded place; otherwise, the mixture will harden and be difficult to shape.
