Drug Formulation

2 liang of honey-fermented malt (also known as “ji heng zi”; grind into a paste, mix with 1 liang of powdered white aconite root, knead into cakes, hang in a breezy place, and dry in the shade to make the malt), 1 liang of cardamom, and 1 liang of white ginger (roasted).

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder; form into pills the size of a paulownia seed using a thin wheat flour paste.

Instructions for Use

Take 30 pills per dose, washed down with hot salted water. The patient will regain consciousness shortly thereafter.
