Formulas Name : Qing Shang Mei Su Pills

Chinese Name : 清上梅苏丸

Drug Formulation

Half a jin of black plum (any amount; wash with clean water and remove the flesh), half a jin of white sugar.

Source

From *Shou Shi Bao Yuan*, Volume 2.

Processing

Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, add half a jin of powdered southern peppermint, and pound together into a paste. Form into pills the size of a marble.

Instructions for Use

Take 1 pill at a time and let it dissolve in the mouth. Carry these with you when traveling; they are excellent for quenching thirst.
