Drug Formulation

1 piece of Aconite Root, 1 piece of Prepared Aconite Root, 1 piece of Sichuan Aconite, 2 liang of Cinnamon Bark, 2 liang of Cassia Bark, 2 liang of Cinnamon Twigs, 2 liang of Asarum, 2 liang of Dried Ginger, 2 liang of Sichuan Pepper.

Benefits

For non-healing ulcers with necrotic tissue, abdominal pain and diarrhea, yang deficiency with cold semen, cold-induced asthma and cough, and cold masses and accumulations.

Instructions for Use

Soak in 2 jin of sesame oil for 5 days in spring, 3 days in summer, 7 days in autumn, and 10 days in winter. Decoct to remove the dregs, filter thoroughly, and decoct again. Slowly add yellow orpiment while stirring continuously until the mixture does not disperse even when a drop of water is added. For genital ulcers, wash the affected area with scallion broth, spread the ointment thinly, add a small amount of silver powder, and apply to the affected area;For abdominal pain, poor appetite, and diarrhea, spread the paste and add a small amount of ground cloves, then apply it to the navel and the center of the epigastrium; for yang deficiency and cold semen, spread the paste and add a small amount of opium, then apply it to the navel and the dantian; for cold-induced asthma and cough, spread the paste and add a small amount of musk, then apply it to the Lung Shu, Huagai, and Tan Zhong acupoints;For masses and cold accumulations, spread the mixture and add a small amount of musk and asafoetida, then apply to the affected area.
