Atractylodes lancea (Heavenly Essence, pure powder) 1 jin, Lycium barbarum bark (Earthly Essence, pure powder) 1 jin, black mulberries (Human Essence) 20 jin.

Processing

Crush the black mulberries by hand, place them in a silk bag, and press out the pulp. Mix the previous herbs into the juice until well blended, pour the mixture into a porcelain jar, seal the jar’s opening with honey, and place it on a railing. During the day, collect the “sun’s essence”; at night, collect the “moon’s radiance.” Continue until the mixture has naturally been simmered dry by the sun and moon. Then grind it into a powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of small beans.

Instructions for Use

Take 10 pills per dose, with either wine or hot water.
